  • Target achiever in the past organization and willingness to carry Large Targets and achieve the same
  • Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner, self-motivator and passion for sales with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • Possess good negotiation tactics
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to travel on need basis
  • Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge
  • Proficiency in English a must
  • Holds an MBA degree or management equivalent

  • Discover and purse new and existing sales prospects for IT Outsourcing and Managed Services
  • Need to be well connected in the market to drive this services sales opportunity
  • Meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth
  • Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc. and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs and requirements
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their requirements and be able to qualify opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on IT services
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
  • Collaborate with different team to achieve better results
  • Being a self-motivator i.e., should be able to review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets
  • Update proper sales record, tracking opportunity from start to end, gathering right information first-time and provide timely reports and updates to sales head
  • Coordinate well with internal teams like Pre-Sales and Delivery Team and other BUs
