HR Manager (Requirement at Site)

Minimum 12 years

  • Execution of complete Recruitment Process.
  • Ability to handle large number of employees.
  • Ability to handle employee grievances with proper solution.
  • Monitoring of employee Login-Logout timings.
  • Will be responsible for end to end HR activities.
  • Will be responsible for preparing Site related HR MIS reports.
  • Knowledge on Industrial relation & statutory Compliance.
  • Excellent Communication skills, Team handling skills, ability to handle critical instances and result oriented.
  • Excellent relationship management & negotiation skills to maintain harmonious industrial relations and discipline.
  • Should be fluent in Hindi (verbally).
