With respect to the 4074 shares held in the unclaimed suspense account, are the outstanding shares of the shareholders of Thomas Cook (India) Limited (TCIL) held in the unclaimed suspense account, which were allotted at the time of the demerger of TCIL as per the entitlement ratio under the Scheme. It does not belong to TCIL. The shareholding of TCIL is Zero as on date and also as on September 30, 2026.
