Country Manager

Dhaval Soni, a seasoned human resources professional, boasts over 15 years of extensive experience in talent acquisition and management. As the Country Manager at Quess Corp, he spearheads all talent acquisition activities in the Philippines. Dhaval’s expertise transcends conventional recruitment methods, encompassing hands-on experience in facilitating People Transitions through strategies such as Insourcing, Rebadging, and Targeted Sourcing. With over 15 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources across diverse industries such as Audit, Broadcasting/Media, and IT consulting, Irma brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her proficiency in administration, account management, employee engagement, labor relations, and other HR facets has been instrumental in her success as an HR professional in previous roles. She leads the HR team and Admin operations, and plays a crucial role in driving organizational success through effective HR management.

With over 8 years of dynamic experience in talent acquisition, Irish De Villa Emolaga has proven herself as a seasoned professional in sourcing and hiring top talents for BPO, IT, and staffing industries. Her expertise encompasses full-cycle recruiting, key account management, and high-volume recruitment, utilizing robust strategies including social media networking and event/career fair organization. Irish oversees the Non-IT Recruitment Team, managing end-to-end recruitment for Permanent and Staffing Requisitions. She leads talent identification, maintains strong client relationships, and ensures efficient recruitment processes across multiple functional areas. Irish also handles reporting, sourcing marketing materials, and manages sourcing channels effectively.

Rea Bacatan

Delivery Lead – Cebu Operations

Rea Christelle Bacatan brings over 7 years of invaluable experience in the Recruitment Industry, with a focus on BPO, ESL, and Manpower/Staffing sectors. Her expertise lies in navigating the dynamic landscapes of these industries, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving impactful recruitment solutions. Rea oversees the seamless execution of daily operations. She is entrusted with managing staff performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and steering projects towards successful completion. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Rea maximizes staff productivity within specified timeframes and budget constraints, ensuring client satisfaction and organizational success.

Lohit Bhatia

Executive Director and Group CEO

Lohit Bhatia is the Executive Director & Chief Executive Officer at Quess Corp Limited. With over 28 years of multi-industry experience, he has been instrumental in building one of India’s most significant corporate growth stories while helping shape the country’s evolving staffing ecosystem.

Since joining Quess in 2011 as General Manager – Sales, Lohit has led the company’s rapid expansion, growing its associate workforce from 13,000 to nearly 480,000 and establishing Quess as India’s No. 1 staffing organisation and the world’s fourth largest by headcount. His strategic leadership has also driven Quess’ expansion across the Middle East, Singapore, and Sri Lanka through targeted mergers and acquisitions, seamless integration, and sustainable growth. This trajectory is reflected in Quess being ranked 37th globally in the 2024 Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) rankings by revenue.

Lohit is also a prominent advocate for workforce formalisation and labour reform. He served three consecutive terms as President of the Indian Staffing Federation from 2020–2026 and currently represents Southern APAC as a Board Member at the World Employment Confederation. He works closely with policymakers and institutions including Udaiti Foundation, CII, and EFI on labour codes, skilling, employability, and the future of work in India.

Lohit holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, a Master’s in Marketing and Sales, and an Advanced Systems Diploma in Computers. His earlier experience spans textiles, auto components, and services, giving him a broad foundation in commercial strategy, product and service design, business development, and large-scale manpower outsourcing.

Sunitha Karthikeyan

Chief People Officer

Sunitha Karthikeyan is a seasoned HR leader and currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for the Workforce Management platform. With over two decades of HR expertise and leadership, Sunitha guides our global teams across India, US, APAC, and Middle East. Since joining Quess in January 2017, Sunitha has been the driving force behind our HR success, orchestrating talent strategies and driving organizational excellence.

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune, and a General Management Program in Business Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Sunitha started her career at Wipro Limited where she dedicated 16 years at the company excelling in variety of roles across India and the Middle East, showcasing expertise in change management, organizational integration, talent strategy, cross-cultural sensitivity, and HR business partnering.

Anish Thurthi

Non-Executive Director
Anish Thurthi is a highly accomplished Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with over 20+ years of experience in investment management, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and financial advisory. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University.

He currently is a Director at Fairbridge Capital Private Limited, an investment advisory firm managing investments for Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited and Fairfax India Holdings Corporation. In this role, he plays a key part in strategic financial planning and investment management.

Prior to this, Anish spent over 13 years at KPMG India as a Partner in Deal Advisory, advising more than 200 corporate M&A transactions and private equity investments. His expertise spans financial due diligence, tax structuring, buyouts, and merger integrations across sectors such as infrastructure, consumer goods, and industrials.

With a strong background in financial strategy, M&A, and investment advisory, Anish Thurthi is a seasoned leader in the finance and investment industry.
